Personal Trainer (Part Time)

Designs personalized exercise programs for various fitness levels. Provides personal training instruction to individuals aged 13 and up. Instructs participants on proper form during cardio, strength training, and stretching exercises. Cleans fitness equipment after each use. Schedules personal training sessions based on availability and social distancing requirements.
