Membership Packages: *
- Single Adult = $50 per month
- Group of 10+ Adults = $45 each per month
- 10 or more adults who purchase/enroll together
- Family (up to 4 Adults) = $160 per month
- Single rate for 2 to 4 adults within the same residence
- Military Vets = $35 per month
- Includes Active, Inactive, and Family Members of Veterans
- Teen or College Student or Age 55+ = $30 per month
- Teen Membership for ages 13-15 must accompany a discounted Adult Membership (age must be verified)
- College student must show a valid College ID
- 55+ adult must show a valid state ID to verify age
- Multi-Child (up to 4 Teens) = $25 each per month
- All Annual Memberships = 10% off the total price of 12 months
- Selected membership with 12-month advance payment discounted by 10%
* Each Membership Package includes the following FREE Premier Services:
- Three (3) Group Exercise sessions per week
- One (1) Personal Training session per week
- One (1) 20-minute Full-Body Massage Chair session per week
- One (1) hour Tutoring session per month (fully transferable)
Premier Services (can be purchased without a membership):
- Personal Training (age 13+) = $20 per 45-minute session
- Group Fitness Class** (age 13+) = $15 per 45- to 60-minute session
- Length of class depends on participant needs
- Aerobics classes (may include stability balls or steps)
- Stretching classes (includes Yoga moves)
- Strength training (may include resistance bands, dumbbells, or kettlebells)
- Full Body Massage (age 13+) = $15 per 30-minute session or $25 for an hour in iRest Massage Chair
- Individual or Group, In-Person or Virtual Tutoring*** (age 5+) = $10 per hourly session per student
- Virtual Exercise sessions available upon request = $20 per session per individual
- Group Exercise sessions (2 or more participants) available via Zoom
** Remote Group Fitness Class at Client or Partner Location = $20 per session per participant
*** Remote Tutoring Session at Client or Partner Location = $15 per session per participant
