Introducing: Daily Fitness Tips

We are starting a new series that will be streaming Live on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. We will be doing a video every day Monday – Saturday at 6:00 am Eastern that talks about different exercises to help you reach your fitness goals. Here are the daily topics we will cover (not in any particular order):
