Fitness Tips – Day 12 (Resistance Tubes)

Today’s fitness tips are targeting resistance tube exercises. Keep in mind, these moves are not all-inclusive, meaning there are plenty of other exercises that are not mentioned. These are just meant to give you some moves to try. You can combine them together, use modifications, or mix them up. Whatever you decide to do, be sure to WARM UP FIRST. Standing

  • Bicep Curls
  • Standing Triceps Curls/Extensions
  • Standing Front Raises
  • Standing Shoulder Raises with squat
  • Standing Shoulder Raises with Front Lunge
  • Standing Shoulder Raises with Back Lunge
  • Diagonal Pulls
  • Chest Pulls
  • Overhead Pulls
  • Back Pulls

On Mat

  • Kneeling Front Raises
  • Kneeling Shoulder Raises
  • Kneeling Triceps Curls
  • Seated Rows
  • Front Leg Lifts
  • Knee Pulls
