Fitness Tips – Day 10 (Stability Ball)

Today’s fitness tips are targeting exercises you can do with a stability ball. Keep in mind, these moves are not all-inclusive, meaning there are plenty of other exercises that are not mentioned. These are just meant to give you some moves to try. You can combine them together, use modifications, or mix them up. Whatever you decide to do, be sure to WARM UP FIRST. Standing

  • Diagonal raise
  • Pendulum swing

Sitting

  • Side to Side Roll
  • Side rolls with arms reach

With dumbbells

  • Shoulder Press
  • Overhead triceps curl
  • Alternate Lateral/Shoulder Raises
  • Chest Press
  • Incline Chest Press

On Belly (Prone)

  • Y-T Extensions
  • Lower back extension
  • Hip Extension
  • Rollout
  • Knee tucks
  • Plank

Floor/Mat (Supine)

  • Leg extensions
  • Bridge
  • Hamstring Curl
  • Ball transfer
  • Superman ball lift
  • Squeeze Curl and Lift
